• Part 1: Builders Risk & Construction Industry Dynamics - After a refresher on BR insurance and its unique attributes, our two presenters will lead a discussion on rising construction values, labor shortages, and the increasing complexity of projects. Then they will take a deep dive into the claims that plague the industry, both from the insureds’ and insurers’ point of view.
• Part 2: Technology in Construction & Insurance - Explore the cutting-edge technologies shaping the future of construction risk management, from environmental sensors and shutoff valves to fire monitoring and security systems. This portion of the day will cover the capabilities, limitations, and future trends in tech-driven solutions for specialty insurance.
• Part 3: Technology's Role in Loss Prevention - Pulling together the first two sections, learn how technology can mitigate various types of losses, walking through real-life scenarios where advanced tech solutions have altered outcomes, reduced risks, and improved return on investment.
