With over 34 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have built a distinguished career as a trusted expert in underwriting, leadership, and operational excellence. Serving as a commercial underwriting officer, trainer, and mentor, I have developed a deep understanding of underwriting principles, risk assessment, and policy development since beginning my career in 1991 as a policy typist. Over the years, I have refined my ability to evaluate complex risks, design tailored insurance solutions, and ensure profitability while maintaining a strong customer focus.
I am passionate about knowledge sharing and professional development. Mentoring colleagues, solving complex underwriting challenges, and driving operational excellence have been the hallmarks of my career.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, tackling DIY projects, relaxing at the beach, caring for my animals, and indulging in shopping.
