Erin Murphy is a seasoned commercial insurance professional with over 19 years of Commercial middle markets experience in underwriting and risk management. Currently serving as a Commercial Senior Underwriter at Grange Insurance Company, Erin manages a middle-market book of business across Pennsylvania and Virginia, consistently achieving exceptional results with rate retention while exceeding annual new business goals.

Throughout her career, Erin has demonstrated expertise in complex risk assessment, relationship management, and strategic underwriting. Prior to joining Grange, Erin spent 16 years at Cincinnati Insurance Company, where she specialized in writing national programs in hospitality, education, fitness, and golf. Her ability to transform unprofitable books into profitable accounts through disciplined underwriting and negotiation established her reputation as a skilled risk strategist.

Erin holds both Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Underwriting (AU) designations from The Institutes, complementing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Miami University.
