IMUA is the national trade association devoted exclusively to the inland marine marketplace. The association's primary focus is on research, education and communications with regulatory bodies. Through IMUA, our 400-plus member companies are part of a unique network of inland marine professionals.
Our Members include: U.S. licensed insurers or reinsurers writing inland marine business can as well as Associate Members who are vendors, brokers, law firms or any business that relates to the inland marine industry. Regular membership annual assessments are based on a company's net inland marine written premiums, as published in Best's Insurance Reports with the lowest rate being $3,200. Associate members pay a flat dues rate of $1,750.
