Join us for an informative webinar on natural catastrophes created by wildfire and storm surge flooding.  This session will help you understand the risk and challenge posed by these phenomina.

Incidents of wildfire and storm surge flooding have been on the rise.  Climate change is often cited as a contributing factor and experts expect that trend to continue.  This webinar will examine recent history and the impact on infrastructure and the environment.

- Look back at recent extreme events, i.e. California fires 2017 and Gatlinburg fires 2016
- After the burn--the effects of fire on infrastructure

Storm Surge Flooding
- Surge statistics--recent comparison of year to year threat
- Look back at recent extreme events, i.e. Texas flooding and hurricanes in Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico
- Coastal flooding and the impact on infrastructure and the environment
